Nathan Babcock is a software analyst, turned missionary in Central America, turned Republican operative. After four years of missions work in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, Nathan and his wife, Amber, returned to North Carolina. Nathan is helping the GOP win the majority in the State Senate for the first time in over a century, working as the Field Coordinator for the NC Republican Senate Committee. Nathan is also a fellow in Spring 2010 class of the Institute of Political Leadership. His moonlighting job is helping Republicans win elections by building online communities tied to grassroots movements. He is a Charlotte native and graduated from UNC. Nathan and Amber are in the process of adopting a child from Nicaragua.
